The constant and ongoing growth in all areas of Standfast Displays' business has meant a constant and ongoing need for more space.
We have recently moved to brand new premises, that provides more space for the rapidly expanding business giving the business extra storage, larger workshop, conference facilities, and a design room.
We are also expanded the workforce, gaining even more knowledge and skills, this allows us to take on larger contracts! April 2006 saw further expansion as Standfast Displays purchased a purpose built storage unit to allow all our multiple use stands to be kept securely.
BECA, the exhibition industry's watchdog, is providing a new service for contractors. Recent changes to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 mean that contractors are required to comply with a range of new regulations affecting exhibition work. Companies who fail to enforce these rules run the risk of severe penalties, including fines and imprisonment. The new 'Safety Monitoring Service' is designed to ensure that all events and exhibitions satisfy the new legislation requirements and offer contractors a solution to safety during the build up and break down of shows.
